Will I ever sew again?

Due to my overwhelming desire for uniformity of some sort my bedroom cum sewing room is a complete disaster. Add to that the fact that Miss 22 is returning home in approximately three weeks and so the other two bedrooms are needing complete re-organisation and you will understand that my house is like a demolition site from top to bottom.
Fortunately the cheap paint I bought at Bunnings losses it's smell almost as soon as it is applied otherwise I might just have to leave home.
And despite the fact that I have promised (without any prompting - foolish, foolish me - will I never let the list end?!) to complete a number of small projects within the next week and a half, I find myself unable to sew.
I...just...can't... do...it.

Because my energy levels are so low, life just seems to be a constant round of paint, sleep and then paint again.
And occasionally get up the nerve to fold a few lost pieces.

Sounds like a complete drag doesn't it?

But really it isn't. I know that very soon, and before winter sets in as well, I shall have a lovely harmonious room complete with threads lying all over the flor and imagination getting free reign again.

Hooray for white paint!!!

  2. Wow a whole room !!
    One day ....
At present I have a hall cupboard and a kitchen table. I drag it all out of the cupboard when the 3 little helpers are sleeping and put it all back when I'm finished.
    Ah, but one day ...
