My creative space - cardigan overhaul

I'm working on transforming this lovely cardy. So far I have tea dyed it so that it is not grey but an ecru sort of colour and attached gathered lace. I am still not happy with the colour and will probably end up dyeing it brown and changing the buttons.
All in time for next winter.
Grrrr.

    oh I love the idea of tea dyed clothing! Must remember that. Will be interested to see what colour you end up doing your cardi! Good luck getting just the perfect shade...

    I love to tea-dye. I have a bucket of black dye and all its dying is a piece of sad fringing at the moment. Thats what my laundry photo didnt show!
